How booking requests are handled

Website delivery and service providers
When you visit this website, your IP address, requested page, time and browser information are processed to deliver and secure it. Anjunar (Patrick Bittner) operates the website for DJ JayCan, netcup hosts it, and Cloudflare delivers and protects it. Application access logs are normally deleted after 14 days unless a specific incident requires longer retention. These logs are separate from visitor statistics. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cloudflare may process connection data outside the European Economic Area. According to Cloudflare, its data processing terms provide safeguards including EU standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers. Anjunar currently uses GMX for automated booking and account emails.
Booking request data
When you send the form, we store your name, email address, event date, location, event type, optional details and message, time zone, and your acknowledgement of this notice. We use these details to review and answer your request and, if you agree on a booking, to plan the event. The complete request is also sent by email through GMX to the booking recipient. DJ JayCan and people handling bookings for him can view the request.
We process booking enquiries under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in answering them. The form asks you to acknowledge this notice; this is not consent to processing. You can also contact us by email.
Storage
We delete declined booking requests one calendar month after they are declined; the same period applies to related email copies. Open or confirmed requests need a separate assessment. Legal retention duties or the defence of claims may require longer storage. Backup copies may remain for a short rotation period.
Cookies and external media
Necessary browser storage supports sign-in and security. You can accept or reject optional external media and visitor statistics together or choose each separately; your choices are stored in this browser. Twitch content loads after you allow external media or explicitly start the stream. Mixcloud radio and the Beatport and Music-Worx music players load only when you deliberately start them. The selected provider may then receive connection data and set cookies. Spotify and other external links open only when you follow them. You can change your choices in Cookie settings.
Visitor statistics
With your consent, we count page visits, referring sites, active time, scroll depth and actions such as playing music or opening the booking form. The statistics contain no IP address, account ID or full browser identifier.
Before you accept, the browser sends no visitor statistics. You can reject or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings. After accepting, a random session key is kept only in this browser tab until you close it.
Detailed visit records are kept for about 30 days; aggregated daily counts are deleted after 13 calendar months. The server also counts anonymous daily totals of rendered pages without storing a visitor session.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability where the GDPR provides these rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation and withdraw consent to optional statistics or media for future processing. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made. Send requests to dj_jaycan@gmx.at.
